刘凯，中国人民大学劳动人事学院社会保障系副教授，哈佛大学医学院富布莱特访问学者、加州大学伯克利分校社会福利学院访问学者。社会福利博士，社会政策硕士，南开大学社会工作与社会政策系学士。研究领域为卫生政策、医疗保障、医疗体制改革、全球健康、社会政策。
